STRUCTURE AND MATERIAL
The ZJHPF fluorine lined single seat control valve is a kind of PTEE lined sealing valve, it is made ofpneumatic diaphragm actuator and straight single seat fluorine lined body. The part of the valve where touch the medium is produced by high pressure laminating procedure, and lined with the Fluorinated ethylene(F46) which is resistant to the corrosive medium (like hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and so on), so this series control valves are widely used in many fields like chemical industry, petroleum production, metallurgy, medical and electrical industry and so on, especially suitable for controlling the strong corrosive medium like acid and alkali, highly volatile and toxic gas and so on.
1. When choose the valve for the strong corrosive medium, the fluorine-lined valve shall be considered firstly. Based on our many years’ experience and feedback from our customers, if choose the valves with 316 stainless steel body along with the hastelloy alloy for the strong corrosive medium, its cost is at least 3 or even 4 times than the fluorine-lined valve with the same diameter, what's more, even if the inner part of such valve has been deeply corroded, the out body is still new, so this is a terrible waste, but if choose the fluorine-lined valve, it is much cheaper, even replaced in time, it is still worthy.
2. If possible, do not choose the diaphragm valve with pneumatic actuator, because such valve has a quite unstable moving part-diaphragm, as the control valve acts frequently, diaphragm has to bear the pressure and corrosion from the medium, so it is very easy to be broken off, and the diaphragm has not the packing, which bring more latent trouble to the operation.(as for the manual diaphragm valve, the situation will be improved because of the less frequent action.
3. If the flow capacity has not been influenced, choose the fluorine-lined control valve to replace the fluorine-lined ball valve. Because in the rotation of the ball valve, there is a terrible abrasion and rip exists, so the F46 on the ball and seat will be quite easy to be damaged. While as for the fluorine-lined control valve, it is sealed by the plug, so it can also be compensated itself even there is abrasion, which guarantees the sealing performance.
